With a shared passion for leadership, fairness, and personal growth, they provide dynamic workshops designed to educate, empower, and inspire.
Meet the Leaders Behind SistaDocs' Workshops
Dr. Angela McClaron is a dedicated advocate for fairness and belonging in education. As the District Lead Counselor for San Jacinto Unified School District, she is committed to fostering culturally responsive environments where all students feel seen, heard, and valued. She is also the founder of I AM Exodus 3:14 and co-founder of I AM Empowerment Group, both of which support Black and Brown educators, students, and families. With a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership (K-12 focus) and a Master’s in Educational and Clinical Counseling, Dr. McClaron’s mission—Advocate, Educate, and Teach (E.A.T.)—is driven by her own experiences as an African American woman navigating an often-overlooked cultural identity in education.

Dr. Ebony Phillips-Starfury is an energetic and results-driven Learning & Development Professional with over 17 years of experience in training, coaching, and curriculum development. A certified Training Coordinator, ICF-trained Professional Coach, and Human Resources Professional (PHR), she blends expertise in psychology, business, and leadership to cultivate responsible and impactful leaders. Holding degrees from California State Fullerton, Concordia University, and Liberty University, including a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, her mission is to inspire growth and empower individuals—especially youth—to shape a better world.
Together, SistaDocs equips individuals and organizations with the tools to lead confidently, think critically, and drive meaningful change. Their engaging workshops bridge knowledge with real-world application, fostering a community of empowered learners and transformative leaders.
